About Mr. Ben

I have taught since 2017 and work with learners aged 9–17, from upper primary through high school. I offer one-to-one and group lessons online, as well as home lessons only within Central Area, Abuja. Online enquiries from Nigerian families abroad and other international learners are welcome.
I also have extensive experience preparing students for Cambridge Checkpoint, IGCSE and SAT exams.
I hold a B.Sc. from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife; a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE); a TRCN licence and certificate; and a Diploma in Educational Management. I am currently taking the Google Certified Educator Level 1 course.

I had Mr. Ben as my lesson teacher for about 4 years before I graduated from secondary school and can I just say that he was one of those teachers who made learning feel much easier and more enjoyable.
Not only was he a very good teacher, but beyond academics, he was also someone I could talk to and feel comfortable around. He was funny, patient, and always willing to listen, even when what I wanted to talk about had nothing to do with school.
At the same time, he never lost sight of what was most important, which was my academics. He made sure I understood what I was learning and maintained the standard needed to prepare me properly for my exams.
I really appreciated the balance between being serious about academics and still making his lessons fun. I’m genuinely grateful I had the opportunity to learn from him.

How much do lessons cost?
Fees depend on the learner’s needs and lesson arrangement. Please contact me to discuss options; fees are not listed on the website.
